TrueBlue's PeopleScout Acquires Aon Hewitt's RPO Business

Workforce solutions provider TrueBlue, through its PeopleScout RPO business, has acquired the recruitment process outsourcing business (RPO) of Aon Hewitt. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This deal is a part of the One Global PeopleScout initiative to further position PeopleScout as the leading RPO provider in the market. 

PeopleScout, a TrueBlue company, is the world’s largest recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider. The company’s products includes RPO, employment branding, on-boarding, career counselling, and employee retention. Founded in 1992 and based in Chicago, Illinois, PeopleScout handles over 250,000 annual hires worldwide. It serves businesses of all industries.

Following the deal, Aon Hewitt’s RPO business will join the PeopleScout brand and expands PeopleScout’s solutions and reach in the market. PeopleScout president Taryn Owen will continue to lead the company and the combined talent from both companies. In addition, PeopleScout global headquarters will remains in Chicago, Illinolis, with its Asia Pacific headquarters in Sydney, Australia.
